   • Shipping times are roughly 1 week for Items that are in stock. For Speical Ops projects fullfillment time is roughly 1 month from order date to delivery. These systems are build to order and take time to craft just for you.

3. Installation
   • Everyday we are expanding our network of retailers but currently Valvetronic Designs products are online only. They are only available for purchase from our website or through one of our certified dealers.
   • Currently we are not offering customer installs.
   • Currently we are not offering the option to pickup your system from our shop as we are in the process of moving.
   • For all of our exhausts we recommend professional installation but they can be installed by you if you so choose. We recommend working with a trusted automotive specialist in your local area to install. For example our certified installer in the Boston area is you Eurotech motorsports in Natick Massachusetts.
   • For our exhaust systems we do not provide installation instructions. Most installation information can be found on our YouTube page. We use this method of installation information so that you can follow along and make sure you are conducting the installation properly.

5. Payments

1. System Specs
   • For our valved systems when the valves are closed our goal is stock like sound levels. We understand that keeping noise to a minimum is often necessary for certain portions of your journey. When the valves are open, there is very little restriction and exhaust escapes uncorrupted through the tips. This provides for a much louder and more aggressive sound experience.    • At Valvetronic Designs we despise drone. Using the latest exhaust manufacturing methods, our systems provide a drone free experience when the valves are closed, and the most incredible raw sound when the valves are open.
2. Instillation Concerns
   • If your system is a catback you will not get a check engine light. If your system includes catted or catless down pipes, we do not guarantee a light might be triggered. This is because changing or altering factory emissions equipment will result in a code being thrown, be sure to check your local regulations on emissions.
   • Depending on your state or country it is hard for us to say if you will pass emissions/ inspection. In most states, an aftermarket exhaust will NOT cause you to fail inspection or emissions. If you decide to alter the catalytic converter and replace it with a catless equivalent this will cause you to fail emissions and not pass inspection. We advise you to understand your local laws before making a decision to go catless.

If you are having trouble placing your order as you select one option and can't change away from the default we recommend trying these steps!

• Try on another web browser or an incognito window. Chrome is the most compatible browser for our webiste.
• When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
• Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version
• Try another device or use your phone to order
• Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
• Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
