All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.

Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

Warranty Periods

  • 304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

"had my 599 for about three years now, and I happen to meet AUSTIN at a cars and coffee event here in Pennsylvania. After him coming over to me and lusting over the car, he told me that he had an exhaust package that would transform my experience. I was a little skeptical until he showed me the video. it was like I was listening to a 599XX Stay in touch with the Austin and the team and after about six months, I decided to bite the bullet and get the full exhaust set up in titanium. install takes a long time on these cars, but shop ended up wrapping it up in about a week and I got the car back. That first drive was something truly out of this world. The level of pitch and volume that is now come out of this car insure that I will never sell it. The system was really expensive, but it was worth every single dollar and I feel now this car really deserves the praise because of how good it sounds. The volume is like a straight piped Aventador and the pitch is full Formula One car. $15,000 is a crazy amount of money to spend on an exhaust system, but for the experience it has given me I would’ve paid double. Amazing product and great people to work with. Very happy with my experience thus far."

Q&A

I'm looking to purchase this setup but was wondering if I would need to do an ECU flash afterwards to avoid CEL and sorts? I know I did on my 458. Is that the case with this setup?
Hey joey, It's great to hear that your Ferrari 599 is going to be the worlds best sounding after this full exhaust. You're gonna really enjoy this. Regarding the ECU flash, we do recommend it to gain the extra power and performance available once you do the exhaust configuration. Also because it is a free flow set up, you will need to use this or other methods to eliminate the check engine light. You can use O2 spacers or get the car flashed but if you're going to chase after the full sound experience and want that razor sharp F1 feel, an ECU tune is probably the way to go.
