All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.
Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.
Warranty Periods
- 304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
- Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
- Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
- Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
- Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
- Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
- Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

"I have a Valvetronic titanium exhaust system on my 2023 Caymen GT4 RS. The sound is just incredible. It could not be better. Valves closed it sounds good, but valves open it just sounds magnificent. It is a roar through the throat of the gods. The fit and finish are impeccable, but the sound is just so satisfying. Certainly this is something every enthusiast would want and I know once you here it you will be dying to have. Thank you Valvetronic for such a great product. - Does the exhaust change the horsepower of the car?
- The full system would have about 8-10 HP gains, and the cat-back would be about 2-4 HP gains.
- What's the tubing diameter being used? Do you recommend wrapping the OAP in heat-wrap?
- heat wrap is not necessary.
- does this retain the factory valve control? can you still use the factory in cabin button to open/close the exhaust valves ?
- Yes it absolutely does! We include our valve controller complimentary in case you want to take full control over the system!
- What kind of heat shielding solution do the OAPs have?
- They are Inconel shielded
- Can I use this on my 718 GT4? My one is not a GT4RS, but I saw your video on youtube that you driving A 718 GT4 with exhaust. Is this the same system in that video?
- Hey there, the flanges are different on the 4RS so it wont fit but we do have 718 GT4 in development in titanium. Stay tuned!
