We’re inviting members of our community who are local to our headquarters in Boyertown, PA to get involved with our media by bringing their car to our facility to be featured across our social platforms. To participate, your vehicle must already have a Valvetronic Designs exhaust system installed.

WHAT TO EXPECT
1: ARRIVAL AT HQ
If selected to work with us you will bring your vehicle to Valvetronic Designs HQ in Boyertown, PA. Upon arrival, our team will verify all required documents and permissions to ensure we are able to proceed, then review the filming plan and prep the vehicle for filming.
2. PRE-FILMING VEHICLE CHECK & BRIEFING
We perform a quick pre-check of the vehicle and exhaust system to ensure everything is operating correctly before filming begins. The owner is also briefed on the filming plan, including what will be done, where filming will take place, and how the vehicle will be used during the process.
3: ON-SITE FILMING
Filming starts at HQ with static shots, detailed B-roll, and a dedicated photoshoot of the vehicle. A cold start is recorded before departure, and the car is then allowed time to fully warm up before filming continues, with sound capture handled during controlled demonstrations off-site.
4: AIRSTRIP FILMING
The car is taken to a nearby airstrip for controlled driving shots and sound demonstrations, where it will be operated at controlled high speeds to demonstrate the exhaust’s sound characteristics while exploring different RPM ranges. Additionally, we will demonstrate the exhaust with valves closed and open while making additional passes up and down the airstrip to clearly showcase changes in volume, tone, and overall sound character, including a launch control demonstration if permitted.
5. REVS
Following the valves open and closed passes, we perform controlled rev demonstrations either at the airstrip or back at HQ to further capture exhaust tone, response, and overall sound character.
6. OUTRO
Before the final inspection, we film an outro segment with the vehicle positioned outside the front of Valvetronic Designs HQ. This captures closing shots, final visuals, and any wrap-up content needed to complete the feature.
7. POST-FILMING CHECK
After filming, we perform a thorough top-to-bottom inspection of the vehicle. This includes placing the car on a lift to fully check the exhaust system and surrounding components, ensuring everything is secure, operating correctly, and in the same condition as before filming.
8: VEHICLE HAND OFF & THANK YOU
Once all filming and inspections are complete, the vehicle is returned to the owner and keys are handed back. We thank them for their time and for allowing Valvetronic Designs to feature their vehicle in our content. And receive a virtual $100 Valvetronic Gift Card for your time!
