A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.
Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

"This exhaust has turned an already bad ass vette into a beast. When the valves are open, everyone is looking to see what is coming and just passed them but when theyre closed, you can pull in the driveway at midnight and not wake the neighbors. JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED."

"I just had the titanium valvetronic exhaust installed a few days ago on my car and it is the berries! It's just what the car needed, the sound is perfect and it looks very sharp standing back from the rear end of the car. I purchased the two Paragon simulators and plugged them into the harnesses for the two inner valve actuators that you don't use anymore, and I don't get the check engine light. I did a lot of research on all the different manufacturers on the C8 exhaust and decided on Valvetronics Design's, and I'm glad I did! Thanks, Steve"
"Just had it installed yesterday (8/19/26) and went out for a blast. The sound is perfect, not overly loud and not having enough. It's just what the car needed and couldn't be more satisfied with it and well worth the money. I used the Paragon simulators, and I have no check engine light."
"I’ve got to say, this exhaust really woke up my 2025 Hysteria Purple Metallic C8 Z51. It looks amazing underneath the car, and the sound is exactly what I was hoping for. It added more pops on downshifts, which I absolutely love. I do wish it was a little louder, but once I install headers and delete the cats, I know it’ll have the sound I’m after. The best part is I’ll still be able to quiet it down whenever I want with the valve system. The installation was pretty straightforward. My only suggestion would be to label the pipes something like “A to A” and “B to B” to make installation even easier. That said, it wasn’t difficult to figure out. Customer service has been excellent. They were quick to answer questions and help troubleshoot when I ran into an issue. I initially thought I had a problem with the AFM simulators because I had a check engine light, but it turned out the exhaust valves just needed a relearn. I performed the valve relearn with my ICON T8 scanner, and the CEL disappeared immediately. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality, fitment, sound, and customer support. If you’re looking for a valved exhaust that gives the C8 a much more aggressive personality while still letting you keep it quiet when needed, I definitely recommend it. Looking forward to hearing it again once I add headers and delete the cats"
