Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

"I was surprised how The exhaust shipped very fast. The packaging was impressive very protected. Nothing came damaged. I installed in my driveway with some drive-up ramps and a jack and some jackstands install was very straightforward. Everything was plug-in play for all of the diy people it’s great content and wish I would have recorded the process I have zero complaints"

"Very happy with quality of exhaust!! Sounds awesome without being crazy!! Exactly what iI was looking for!! Shipping was slight issue as I was shipping to a business, and package arrived after business hours. I dont know if I needed to note this. Or there could be place to note this when ordering. Customer service was 5 star correcting issue. One other point, my installer who's done Valvetronics but not on my 240i Mentioned couple pipe pieces labeled wrong so they, wasted some labor time figuring that out!! Had it on a week and went back yesterday cause tips looked off a bit. They said normal as after few heat cycles they oft need adjustment. They went over entire pipe again. But I trust my guys with this car. They recommended The Valvetronic cat back after I went over what I wanted to achieve!! 100% happy what a difference it makes!! And definitely noticed a gain in horsepower too!!"
