2024 MC20 Cielo Screams!

"Unreal!! It's got a nice rumble to it at baseline and idling but what I found mind blowing and certainly drama filled, was the scream that happens around 5-7000 RPM's!!! It literally sounds somewhat like a V10 or V12! It doesn't add the burples and blaps of a twin turbo V8 like the AMG GT, but I love my scream better than that now!!! I don’t listen to music anymore driving my car with the top down as I often did prior to the new exhaust. It is a better soundtrack."

Q&A

How much additional horsepower and torque is gained with this exhaust?
Hey Darren! Thank you for your question! Though we don't have official ratings, the primary focus is sound and weight. The system is designed to reduce backpressure, which naturally assists the engine. The high-flow design allows the engine to breathe more efficiently. In turbocharged cars like the MC20, faster exhaust evacuation generally leads to quicker turbo spool and improved throttle response. Even if the HP gain is modest, the car’s power-to-weight ratio is improved, making it feel more agile and responsive due to the weight savings. With the valves open, the exhaust gases take a more direct "free-flow" path. This bypasses the more restrictive muffler sections, which is where the performance gains typically occur compared to the "Valves Closed" street mode.
Does it generate a check engine light?
We do recommend updating your vehicle software with aftermarket in order to reduce chance of check engine lights. We recommend every Ferrari and Maserati of this area to be updated with software in order to eliminate OPF codes and other issues we occasionally see
