All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.
Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.
Warranty Periods
304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty is not transferable or assignable at any time.
Discoloration caused by heat, salt, brine, or other road treatments is not covered.

Not worth the money. Videos are missleading.
"False advertising at its finest. Okay yes the exhaust looks are nice. The sound, just a tad bit louder then stock, and i mean like . 00001% louder then stock. The videos that they provide in the website are with down pipes and tune. For the price, its definitely over priced. Guys if you want to have your car sound loud and similar to there video, just adding this exhaust WILL NOT make it sound like it. Not even close to the video. It'll be super quiet, no burbles, you need to add alot more stuff for it to actually sound better. 2 star for the looks of the exhaust, otherwise can go different routes for better results"

Definitely worth it
"Got the exhaust and installed it with a friend on a lift. Install wasn’t too bad and the results were definitely worth the larger price tag. No extra faults come up and the system can be ran with anything from a bone stock M40i to a built motor bug turbo engine. It will sound great no matter what."

I've been in manufacturing for the better part of my career and trusting other manufactures isn't easy for me, but I was glad to see the exhaust is a quality product. The installer thought the same... It was installed in just a few hours and I was on my way. The sound is perfect for me - just what I was looking for... The valve remote control is surprisingly overbuilt and simple. I would recommend this exhaust especially for people whom seek build quality as a prerequisite before anything else.
