Corvette C8 Titanium Valved Exhaust System

A New Sound Standard for the Mid-Engine Icon

Redefining the C8 Sound Experience

The Corvette C8 is a marvel of modern engineering, but from the factory, its soundtrack doesn’t fully unleash the car’s potential. At Valvetronic Designs, we’ve engineered a next-generation titanium exhaust system that transforms the driving experience, delivering a sound unlike anything else on the market.

Utilizing our proprietary muffler technology and a large cross-section X-pipe, this system produces a unique, world-class tone—rich, exotic, and truly unforgettable.

Two Personalities, One System

  • Valves Open: Experience the C8’s true voice—a ferocious high-RPM wail paired with a deep, rumbling low end. Perfect for spirited drives, track days, and turning heads wherever you go.

  • Valves Closed: Reverts to a refined, near-stock tone for stealthy cruising, early mornings, or long-distance comfort.

OEM-style electronic valves allow full integration with the factory Z Mode for seamless sound control.

Performance & Craftsmanship

  • Material: Premium Grade 5 titanium for unmatched strength, heat resistance, and weight savings.

  • Weight Reduction: 47.8 lbs lighter than the factory exhaust for improved performance and handling.

  • Precision TIG Welding: Ensures maximum durability and a flawless finish.

  • Direct OEM Fit: Connects to factory downpipes with no cutting or permanent modifications.

Fitment

  • 2020–2026 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray with Performance Exhaust

  • 2024-2026 Chevrolet Corvette E-Ray

Important Installation Notes

  • Disconnect the battery before transferring valve actuators to the new exhaust.

  • A relearn of valve operations must be performed by an official GM dealer using the latest software for proper function.

  • Active Fuel Management (AFM) simulators are required. We recommend Paragon Performance’s AFM modules for optimal results.

This is more than an exhaust—it’s the soundtrack your mid-engine Corvette deserves. Lightweight, exotic, and fully controllable at the touch of a button, the Valvetronic Designs Titanium Valved Exhaust System transforms the C8 into an auditory masterpiece.

Will this pass inspection?

"Will this pass inspection?"

John (5/5)

Perfect

"I recently had this exhaust setup installed with the Race free flow front pipes and it sounds wicked. It’s exactly what the C8 needs and I highly recommend it!"

Paul (5/5)

Exactly what I was looking for

"High quality product. Was easy to install. looks incredible through the rear fascia. I kept my stock headers and cats. Did not install the race pipes. Woke the car up the perfect amount maybe 15-20%. Not obnoxious at all and with the valves closed sounds bone stock with zero drone. Also worth mentioning- they did include brackets to mount the stock AFM valve controllers if you wish to. They did not include photos of that with the product. I used AFM simulator modules anyway but it was nice to see them included. For anyone worried about a CEL- if you do get one it is common with any aftermarket exhaust install on the C8 but it's an extremely easy fix. Go to amazon and order the 2024 LAUNCH Creader Elite Scan tool it's like $100. Tutorials all over Youtube on how to re-learn the valves and reset the light- literally takes 30 seconds. You can remount the AFM valve controller onto the hardware they give you or pick up a pair of simulator modules. I recommend getting a pair of AFM simulator modules. I got the CEL on my second start which is common, cleared the code and have driven about 300 miles so far in all different modes with no CEL and can remote start the car without any issues"

Great quality!

"Exactly what I was hoping for. No extra noise with the valves closed. No drone. Saved 37 pounds from stock. A little added power. A little better tone. Much better look! Easy install."

Michael (5/5)

"Perfect fit and I love the sound!!"

Scott (5/5)

I purchased the Titanium system

"I purchased the Titanium system and I could not be more pleased with the excellent quality, the artful appearance and superb sound. The sound is a blend of European high end sports car and the great American V8. The only problem, the remote start won’t work without a check engine code. I highly recommend this product if you want the very best and made in America."

James M. (5/5)

Q&A

If I install the free flow front pipes will I get a CEL?
Without 02 spacers or a tune you will get a CEL!
can i use this system with valves on my non npp corvette.
Please shoot our team a message directly through our chat bot. Our tech team will guide you on how to fire up our separate valve control kit for non NPP vehicles
Hello, 1) Do you guys have a before and after dyno with the TI valved exhaust? 2) any issue with going on an E-ray 3) do you offer other tip options thanks
We dont havbe dyno numbers at this time. It fits E ray and we have a video on our Youtube channel showcasing it on the E ray!
Do I need to purchase AFM modules or do the stock valves work with the NPP module for this exhaust
The AFM simulators are needed because those valves will be deleted with this system. The NPP valves are what changes the tone of the exhaust so they integrate into the Valvetronic Designs rear section!
