All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.
Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.
Warranty Periods
304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser.

"I had ordered this exhaust kit during the winter in Massachusetts and planned on installing once spring hit. Once spring hit I started to install my exhaust kit, got to the point where I realized they sent me a double of a J pipe in the rear of the car contacted valvetronic and they told me it would be a 2 to 3 week wait meanwhile this is my daily driver and I can no longer put the old exhaust back on I had to cut out the old exhaust. They said they could not do anything for me. They didn’t even bother to give me a $500 credit or anything. They just told me I have to wait till 2 to 3 week wait. Very unprofessional company even the directions aren’t even clear very unsatisfied will never buy from again."

"Little on the pricier side installation instructions weren’t too good cause it’s made for a challenger/charger and I didn’t need to use a lot of pieces for challenger. I’m running no cats and it sounds insane with the valves open. Wish this would come with better instructions and fitment took a while to get down."

Awesome sound
"Last week I finally got to enjoy the sound of the Challenger 5. 7 V8 with a Valvetronic Design exhaust. And I’m thrilled. The sound is much better than before. The previous owner had replaced the mid mufflers on the Challenger with some Grail resonators and kept the original rear mufflers, and the car had a weird sound—boomy inside, sometimes unpleasant. Now the car sounds absolutely perfect, no “drone sound” either with the valves closed or open. It’s awesome. I just have some info from the mechanic that the fitment wasn’t completely perfect and he had to work on it more than expected and fabricate a transition from a 2. 5" to a 3" pipe, but he managed it. I did wait two months for delivery (this lead time was announced), but shipping to Europe then took about two days. I definitely recommend it!"

Will installing this exhaust cause my car to have a check engine light
No. It is just a cat-back and does not touch emissions equipment
Does it come with the quad tips, since I’m buying this for a challenger? I don’t see an option to add them so wasn’t sure.
This comes with both the single and the dual tips to match any configuration you are putting it on!
Could this work on a 2022 Charger SXT with an additional transition from 2.25" to 3"? Or is there plans to make a system for the V6 versions of chargers/ challengers?
This system is designed for V8 models.
Does the system come with exhaust valve simulators to avoid the check engine light? And will anything else be needed in order to install it on a manual Scat Pack?
This system is not sold with valve simulators, but they can be added if you prefer.
Are these valves powered from the stock valve power? And will this system throw a check engine light since you are removing the factory valves ?
These vacuum valves are on a stand alone system. valve simulators are utilized inorder to eliminate CEL
