Welcome everybody to the Valvetronic Designs electronic control module. This system allows you to control your OEM or aftermarket exhaust valves with a touch of a button. There are two options for the kit, there is a single valve option and a dual valve option.

Applicable to all exhaust systems with ELECTRONIC EXHAUST VALVES

EXAMPLES:

- BMW G80 M3 (2 Valve motor kit needed)

- BMW F30 320i (1 Valve motor kit needed)

If you ordered an F chassis exhaust for your F30 320i BMW which does not have an exhaust valve, you will use this kit to restore functionality and allow operation of the exhaust valve from within the vehicle.

Warranty Coverage

All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.

Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

Warranty Periods

  • 304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

  • Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • This warranty is not transferable or assignable at any time.
  • Discoloration caused by heat, salt, brine, or other road treatments is not covered.
  • Tip finish discoloration or damage caused by heat, chemicals, lack of maintenance, road salt, brine, other road treatments, road debris, or misuse is not covered.

"I installed this kit on my S550 mustang which came without the active valve exhaust. I installed them on a new exhaust I purchased from Borla which was the attack with active exhaust valve option. I love the control and look forward to being able to program the HomeLink button to control valves. Only thing I wish they had included in the kit is the heat shield for the valves and the connector springs. I purchased the connection springs from ford and they were about $55 each. Great product"

F22 OEM Actuator replacement

"After my OEM actuator stopped working, I contacted the Valvetronic Designs team for their input on what could be the cause. With their help I determined the OEM was faulty and, again with their input, decided the flexibility of their control kit was better for my application versus replacing with a new OEM actuator. 2025 BMW M5

"I did my research on Exhaust Systems for my M5 and I choose the Valvetronic Design Titanium exhaust to "wake up my car". Valvetronic accomplished what BMW failed to provide. My M5 now sounds as radical as it looks. You may have heard that the stock M5's sound like a vacuum cleaner. This is pretty accurate and this upgrade was 100% required. I love that I can start up with the valves closed or in Hybrid mode and when I want the noise, I have it with at click of a button (which I added to Garage Door Opener buttons). When my warranty has expired (the Valvetronic exhaust does not void the BMW warranty), I will add catless downpipes."

Very Convenient

"I have a 2025 Ford Mustang GT that didn't come with Active Exhaust. I purchased an active exhaust system from Magnaflow and paired with these Electronic Valve Controls it works perfectly. I can start my car up in the morning with the valves closed to keep the neighbors somewhat asleep, then I can open up the valves with a push of a button to wake up that Coyote engine! Very easy installation as well."

What would you say is the best for my M2 comp, one or two valve actuators and controllers?
You would need two for this vehicle.
Could this be pairs too Borla Mufflers by any chance? For a 21 mustang non active
Since your car was not originally equipped with the Active Valve Performance Exhaust from the factory (identifiable by having two exhaust tips instead of four), it lacks the necessary wiring and software to control exhaust valves. Consequently, Borla's "Non-Active" kits are straightforward, free-flowing systems without any moving parts.
Would this work on a 2021 mustang gt non active ?
Yes, this system has a stand-alone controller so it can be installed on models without factory active exhaust.

Hey there, unfortunately there is not a way to adapt this to fit the electronic modules
