Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

"I order the exhaust and when installed it I noticed that the right side of the exhaust was longer then the left side. The left side of the tips are sticking out more than the right side. Now I have to cut it and weld it back for the flush fitment. The sound is really nice and deep. I do suggest getting this exhaust for any Mustang enthusiast"

"First I must say The shopping with this company was fairly easy. I purchased a kit. It arrived in a timely manner. It was packaged very well. But when I went to have the kit installed, they sent the wrong tips for my car. Customer service has been almost non-existent. Going on day 5 and the problem is still not resolved. And I'm unsure of what they're going to do to take care of this problem. So at the moment, I have an exhaust with the wrong tips for my car that I can't use. And at this price point, it should have been taken care of extremely fast. Very poor customer service. I contacted the company on Friday afternoon and got an immediate reply back. Saying that they would look at it. No contact until late Monday afternoon and when I replied back to them. I have not heard anything since just that they were looking into it. Not a response. Someone wants after they spent $2500 on the exhaust. So my S650 now has an exhaust with no tips and still sitting at the shop because they're looking into it."

"Great purchase, really happy with this system. On my S550 and my other mustangs I Ran Corsa and other traditional products. When I saw this system came out with the center resonated section I was super excited. My dark horse has kooks headers and it’s extremely loud with those other set ups. With the valvetronic cat back system installed, it is the closest I’ve ever experienced to a GT 350 sounding coyote V8. The thing absolutely sings all the way into the higher RPMs. Sound is smooth and it is very loud, but it doesn’t have any of the traditional rasp. Extremely happy I purchased this system instead of the competition. I know others are probably in the same position. I was when looking for an exhaust because the normal manufacturers just aren’t cutting anymore. if pondering I definitely recommend taking the plunge like I did, you’ll be super happy"

"First of all, after the installation was done I did not regret any penny - the sound is great! Installation was kind of hard, the delivered exhaust did not match the product pictures shown on the website and there was no installation manual - which made it difficult to figure the right way, especially because one side is a little bit off. But with a second paar of hands and improved screws for the clamps it is a straight on installation. Big thank you to customer support, they tried to help, have been quick and friendly. Overall I would recommend!"
