All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.

Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

Warranty Periods

  • 304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

"I will try to keep this brief, but this is unquestionably the best exhaust purchase I’ve ever made for any vehicle. Purchased my Aventador SV about three years ago. When gintani came out with their F1 exhaust I lusted after the system and put my $17,000 down to get that system. Sadly, it took almost one year to get the exhaust configuration, but I put it on and was happy. for two years, I had that system and it sounded good, but it was excruciatingly loud having only driven the car about 500 miles in that time. The system definitely made me uncomfortable to use the car and enjoy it. But I felt that if I put the stock exhaust back on I would lose the excitement. I ended up finding out that valvetronic has a very similar sound offering and I decided to give the set up a shot. I reached out to valvetronic and they answered all my questions in a very fast concise and professional manner. I felt comfortable moving forward, so I ordered the system. I expected it to take a while for it to arrive like the gintani system, but it arrives to my house in three days. I was so surprised to see it at my doorstep so fast. I had my local Performance shop here in Pensacola Florida put on the system and that is where the magic truly happened . I opted for the valve system because I wanted to have some control, especially with how loud obnoxious the previous set up was. Even with the race pipes installed, with the valves closed I drive around all day and not have a headache. I start the car early mornings to go to cars and coffee or when I need to clear my head I take the car out because I can now start it early in the morning or late at night without having everybody in my neighborhood hate me. I’m super happy. But then with the valves open this thing screams as good or even slightly better than the set up that I had previously. I can’t even begin to iterate how happy I am with this set up. I’ve now had this system for about four months and I’ve driven the car over 1500 miles , I’ve loved every single second of it. I never have to compromise anymore and it makes me so happy that I found this. I was close to selling the car but now it’s newfound flexibility and Still incredible set of vocals happier. Absolutely nasty product, so happy I went this direction."
