The Valvetronic Motorcycle Valved Muffler

Control the Your Bike • First in the World • No Compromises

Overview

For years, motorcycle enthusiasts have had to make a choice—wild and aggressive sound or stealthy quietness. At Valvetronic Designs, we refuse to accept compromises. After conquering the automotive exhaust market, we’ve brought our world-renowned valved exhaust technology to the two-wheel world. Introducing the Universal Motorcycle Valved Muffler, the first of its kind for riders who demand both performance and flexibility.

Engineered for Every Rider

Crafted from premium T304 stainless steel, this muffler is built to handle the demands of everyday riding and track abuse alike. The sleek, compact design ensures seamless integration with nearly any motorcycle, while the manually activated valve system gives riders total control over their exhaust tone.

  • Valves Open – The Straight Pipe Experience
Unleash raw sound and pure performance. With the valve open, exhaust gases flow freely, creating an aggressive, exotic note that transforms your bike into a head-turning machine.

  • Valves Closed – Ride in Stealth
Engage the valve to drastically reduce volume, delivering a smooth, quiet ride perfect for late-night cruising or city commutes.

No more compromises—you get both personalities in one system.

Performance Meets Sound Dynamics

This muffler isn’t just about volume—it’s about enhancing performance. By fine-tuning exhaust flow, our valve system improves throttle response, horsepower, and torque. The result? Sharper acceleration, smoother delivery, and a more connected riding experience every time you roll on the throttle.

Awesome motorcycle exhaust!

"Installation was incredibly straightforward—everything slipped right into place without any hassle. I needed an adapter for my setup, and it fit seamlessly with no issues at all. The valve lever was just as easy to install, requiring only two screws that you drill and thread onto the bike. The carbon fiber tip looks fantastic and adds a premium touch. Best of all, the difference in sound between the valve open and closed is very noticeable. It works perfectly for starting my bike quietly in the morning in my apartment complex, while still giving me that aggressive tone when I want it. With valves open on my bike (ninja 300) it backfires and pops!"

Amazing setup

"I put this setup on my 250CC, single cylinder air cooled sport bike. I used the shorter cable and attached the lever with sticky tape on the bike. Valve closed it is fairly quiet. Wide open it gives the bike noticeable more power. I use it mostly wide open except when leaving house and neighborhood. I absolutely love it."

Good deal.

"Bike zx4rr stock headers and cat. Build quality 5/5 Sound when closed 3/5 Same as a slip on Sound when open 5/5 Pure straight piped Fitment 4/5 Adapter , for my bike was too small needed to be expanded. Ball and socket joint (or wtv this is called) connector from muffler to adapter , always leaks. This is a universal kit so obviously it won't fit perfectly on every bike. I was a bit surprised that I couldn't get the exhaust to seal. It still managed to bolt up to the bike just fine with some modifying of the adapter pipe The long cable is a little too short for the zx4rr If you're trying to mount the lever on the handlebar. The short cable might be okay to mount somewhere on the frame. I haven't tried it yet. Piece of advice, if you can't keep the lever in the valve closed position. tighten the allen bolt so that it pinches the lever a bit more and that should help you overcome the spring on the actual valve. You can also make your own cable and mount this better for your bike. It's very easy to take appart. The sound is subjective so I'll only speak from my opinion. I was looking for something that would be as close to the stock sound levels as possible when it was closed and then full straight pipe when open. That's not what this does. With the valve closed, the sound is equal to any generic slip on, is very loud but there is a spot To install a baffle. When the valve is open , it's basically straight pipe , which is perfect. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product and think that it's well worth the money. Especially considering any aftermarket, slip on from a legit brand cost the same or double and is almost always far too loud for Nighttime."

Amazing company

"Tried out their newly release motorcycle muffler and they made it extremely easy as far as making sure I had what I needed to accomplish the task. I ended up running this on my CBR600rr which normally runs out the tail so had to do a bit of modification to get it to fit. Overall extremely satisfied with how it turned out."

Anywhere you want. Under the tank, handle bars, etc. It can go wherever it fits
Will this work on a ktm rc 390?
Yes it will! You will just want to choose the proper corresponding adapter!
