The Valvetronic Designs HFD Exhaust System was developed to completely redefine the S58’s sound profile by combining our High Frequency Development midpipe with our signature valved axle-back system.

HFD, or High Frequency Development, represents a clean-sheet approach to exhaust engineering focused on optimizing exhaust pulse timing, improving acoustic balance, and creating a smoother, more exotic inline-six tone. Paired with our valved axle-back, this system delivers both refined daily drivability and aggressive performance sound on demand.

Designed as a complete solution, the HFD Exhaust System enhances tone quality—not just volume—eliminating unwanted rasp and low-RPM harshness while preserving the high-frequency character that makes the S58 come alive.
