Valvetronic Designs sources parts from Italy, Germany, United Kingdom and the USA to craft our custom made "Special Operations Exhaust Systems". Valvetronic Designs incurs material and shipping costs from Domestic and International suppliers as soon as customers place orders.

If the item is a special operations product and another unit is not in stock, we will assist in the modification process to repair the exhaust. This way we are able to assist you get your car back on the road sounding as it always should have.
If a replacement unit is available, we will ship you a replacement and a return label to get the original damaged product back. If the original product is not shipped back Valvetronic Designs reserves the right to charge for the additional product.

Order Cancelations must be made within 24 Hours of order time. After this period has elapsed cancelations will not be granted.

In the case an exchange is needed, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ship back the product in exchange for the proper components.

We are not able to process returns for partial kits
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Buyer pays return shipping in all circumstances. No exceptions granted. No drop offs.
Upon arrival back to our facility, items are inspection for completion. If we refund a granted the original payment method will be refunded accordingly subject to restocking fees.
If your order has been placed within 24 hours and a sale goes live on the product you have ordered you are able to reorder the product and cancel your original. Customers MUST contact the Valvetronic Designs Customer Service team to make us aware of their intentions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Packaging Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each VALVETRONIC DESIGNS product. All products are properly inspected before shipment and are packed in a manor to avoid damage. Valvetronic Designs is NOT responsible for damages that occur during transit. All packages are shipped with the appropriate amount of insurance. If package appears damaged on arrival, state the damaged condition and have the driver acknowledge the damage condition as well. In the case that products appear damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging for the claim inspection.
REPLACEMENT PARTS (RETURNED TO MANUFACTURE)
- Customers who have been sent replacement parts have 7 days to send back the original unit.
- This allows Valvetronic Designs time to inspect the unit and make further updates to the product if necessary.
- If a customer is unresponsive after 72 Hours of initial correspondence regarding return of original unit an invoice will be generated as customer is therefore responsible for the cost of the replacement parts.
- If customer fails to correspond with Valvetronic Designs regarding the return of original items, It is therefore deemed the customer intended to ignore return requests and is responsible to pay for the items not returned. Failure to comply will result in generated invoice being sent to collections.
UNIVERSAL MUFFLER WARRANTY:
Valvetronic Designs Universal Valved Muffler Kits come with a 1 year warranty from purchase date. This warranty covers the vacuum control box and muffler. No external wires hoses or attachments are covered under this warranty. Undisputable photo and video evidence must be provided in an order issues claim in the case of a universal muffler kit failure.
A CUSTOMER SHALL NOT PROCESS A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT SENDING THE GOODS BACK TO US. CHARGEBACKS FOR ANY REASON WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEMS ARE RETURNED BACK TO US. NO CREDITCARD COMPANY SHALL INITIATE A CHARGEBACK WITHOUT REQUIRING CUSTOMER TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK. ITEMS CAN BE SEND BACK TO US AT:
