Valvetronic Designs is looking for members of our community who are local to our headquarters in Boyertown, PA and interested in being part of a development project for an upcoming exhaust system. Selected vehicles will work directly with our team during the development process for fitment, prototyping, and sound testing at our facility. Participants will receive a free Valvetronic Designs exhaust system with free installation and will be the first to have access to the system before it releases to the public. WHAT TO EXPECT
1: ARRIVAL AT HQ
If selected for development, you will bring your vehicle to Valvetronic Designs HQ in Boyertown, PA. Upon arrival, our team will verify all required documents and permissions, review the development plan for your vehicle, and prepare the car for the installation process.
2. PRE-DEVELOPMENT VEHICLE INSPECTION
Before any work begins, our technicians perform a full inspection of the vehicle and existing exhaust system. This ensures the car is in proper condition and establishes a baseline before the development process starts.
3: OEM EXHAUST REMOVAL & 3D SCANNING
The factory exhaust system is removed and digitally scanned using our 3D scanning equipment. This allows our engineering team to accurately map mounting points, clearances, and routing to design a system that fits perfectly within the vehicle’s chassis and ensure our prototype fits your vehicle.
4. PROTOTYPE SYSTEM INSTALLATION
Our technicians install the Valvetronic prototype exhaust system on the vehicle, ensuring proper fitment, alignment, and clearance throughout the entire system.
5. SYSTEM CHECK & INITIAL TESTING
Once installed, the vehicle is started and the system is inspected for proper operation. We check valve functionality, exhaust tone, and ensure there are no leaks or clearance issues before moving forward.
6. SOUND TESTING & FILMING
With the prototype system installed, we capture sound demonstrations and film content including cold starts, revs, drive-bys, and controlled driving footage to showcase the system’s sound characteristics.
7. FINAL INSPECTION
After testing and filming are complete, the vehicle is placed on the lift for a final inspection to ensure all components are secure and the system is operating exactly as intended.
8. VEHICLE HANDOFF & THANK YOU
Once the process is complete, the vehicle is returned to the owner with the prototype Valvetronic exhaust system installed. We thank them for participating in the development program and helping us bring the system to life.
