Easy Peasy

"Easy to find a local shop to weld on the physical mufflers. I had a mechanic friend help with the electrical/vacuum routing, but in the end, I just plugged in to the 12V outlet in the console. I have a 2017 Mustang GT convertible and for easy configuration, I went with the 2. 5" exhaust for ease of installation. Only change was removing the original mufflers and welding on the new along with the factory tips. Using a sound meter during morning cold starts, I measured a 2dB increase with the valves closed compared to the original exhaust and another 5dB increase with the valves opened (a total of 7dB change). Love the sound with the valves open, and if you don't get on it, they are not too loud when driving conservatively."

Awesome but one drawback

"Installed it on my 17 F150 5. 0 and its an Amazing product, love the stainless steel construction and the kit is good quality. It did quiet the sound when the valve is open but still nice and loud for enjoyment haha. And when the valve is closed, it is nice and quiet with no drone; albeit it is a bit louder than a fully stock exhaust. One drawback I have, which is something that a little frustrating, is the valve gets stuck either in the open or closed position. When that happens I have to crawl under the truck to manually move the valve. I did spray it with PB Blaster and it did help but I do not know how long it will last. It has been about 2 weeks since I spray the shaft of the valve with the penetrant and its working fine. Overall, solid product; just maybe needs a bit more QC with the valve mechanism"

Q&A

Which muffler should I be getting for a 2026 BMW M440i Gran Coupe (G26)? Also, do I need to get this professionally installed? If so, what is a typical installation charge?: Youll need our m440 exhaust kit. That will be best for your vehicle as it is bolt on
What would the best option be for a '23 Subaru WRX? I see the FA kit comes with single in, dual out and the blue VB in the valvetronic video has single in dual out. But also have seen some youtubes of people managing too fit the single in single out too keep using the full quad tip look without the valve showing. Probably also depends on what brand mid pipes im sure also. Any suggestions on size pipe and setup? Is it difficult clearances?: All of these setups are possible. A 3 inch or 2.5 inch muffler would work for you. The shop installing can help make any setup you want work
What muffler set up would be best for a 2017 WRX? I'm not sure if I would need the single to single and the single to double? And also not sure on the diameter. Thanks.: 2.5 inch single to dual!
