The G80/G82/G83 is a phenomenal M car—its soundtrack just needs to catch up. Our single 3.5" equal-length mid-pipe unlocks the character the S58 deserves without requiring changes to the OEM rear section. Add the Valvetronic Designs valved axle-back for even more presence and control.

Compatible with OEM downpipes or free-flow front pipes, this system is engineered to deliver a higher-pitch, refined note with zero check-engine lights.

All products manufactured by Valvetronic Designs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. A manufacturing defect is defined as any characteristic of the product that arises during the manufacturing process which impairs its usability for the purposes for which it was designed and manufactured.

Products are guaranteed to fit and function as designed on their intended vehicle application, provided the vehicle has not been modified or incurred structural damage. Sound or tone is not a warrantable or returnable issue, as exhaust sound is subjective and not considered a defect.

Warranty Periods

  • 304 stainless steel and titanium exhaust tubes and welds carry a Lifetime of Ownership limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Mufflers and resonators carry a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material, including penetrating rust.
  • Catalysts are warranted to conform to EPA emission testing and OBDII compatibility criteria for 25,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Catalytic converter external shells, including end pipes, are warranted against corrosion and defective welding for 5 years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever occurs first.
  • Vacuum pots, electronic remotes, and mechanical valves are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Electronics, including 12V vacuum pumps, RF modules, and controllers, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
  • Tip finish is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

"Got a Valvetronic exhaust on my G80 M3 Comp and honestly it changed the whole car. Stock sound was kinda weak, but now it actually sounds like an M car. Valves open = loud, aggressive, pops nice on downshifts. Valves closed = pretty chill for daily driving, which I like. Fitment was clean, quality feels solid, no issues so far. Cold starts are a bit loud but nothing crazy. Overall, super happy with it. Makes the car way more fun to drive."

Would this exhaust provide pops and bangs to 2026 M4 comp??
Our systems are designed to increase the overall exhaust volume, enhancing the sound of your vehicle. However, it's important to note that they won't directly increase pops or bangs. The frequency and intensity of pops and bangs are primarily influenced by the tune of your vehicle's ECU, which controls fuel and ignition timing. While our system will amplify any existing pops and bangs by making them louder and more pronounced, they won't create new ones. For more pops or bangs, an ECU tune would be necessary.
Hi, I have bmw M4 2024 with OPF/GPF filter in EUROPE. When i change midpipe where i have OPF/GPF filter now - Will the engine light come on, or is there a solution? Because when I disconnect the opf filter, the light comes on immediately. Thanks

No. This only fits m3/m4. You will need to go to our M340 exhaust for your vehicle
What downpipe do you recommend running with this system for the best sound
Any downpipe will do!
Why does my midpipe have a huge dent in it?
That is for clearance! On lowered cars it would hit speed bumps without the dent
